The life cycle, in one diagram

  1. Counterparty
  2. Deal
  3. Matter Legal matter
  4. Contract
  5. Approval
The full journey, step by step, is described on the Product page.

Four business lines, each with its own rules

A single counterparty may act across several lines; each deal is attached to exactly one line at creation. Contract templates, approval policies and compliance registers are filtered by line — the rules of one line do not spill over into another.

  1. LODGING

    Lodging and hotel operations

The operating relationships of the group: hotel owners, operators, suppliers. The templates and approval rules of this line apply to this line alone.

  2. FOOD_AND_BEVERAGE

    Food and beverage

Restaurant and catering contracts follow their own templates and their own approval thresholds, distinct from those of lodging.

  3. MEDIA_RIGHTS

    Media rights and content

Image rights, content, partnerships. A firewall separates the editorial line from the commercial line: a conflict of interest is detected and blocked, not merely discouraged.

  4. BRAND_FRANCHISE

    Brand and franchise

Brand licences and franchise agreements: their templates and compliance registers remain separate from the other three lines.
