LCOS is presented to the legal and commercial teams of hotel groups. No newsletter, no prospecting: the form alongside records your message in the publisher’s register of enquiries, where a person reads it. You may also write directly to the address given below.

What becomes of your answers

E&HADS AGENCY is the controller of this processing. Your answers serve to reply to you, and to nothing else: no prospecting, no newsletter, no profiling. Your message is kept for three years from the last exchange; the host’s technical logs, six months from the time they are produced. You hold rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés. The detail — legal basis, recipients, transfer outside the Union, and which fields are mandatory — unfolds below.

The detail of the information owed under article 13

Data controller: E&HADS AGENCY, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder, share capital €1,000, registered with the Saintes trade and companies registry under number 932 700 271, whose registered office is 2 impasse de Monouge, 17240 Mosnac, France.
Purpose: To answer your enquiry and to conduct the correspondence that follows from it. Your answers serve nothing else: no prospecting, no newsletter, no profiling.
Legal basis: The publisher’s legitimate interest in answering those who approach it, within the meaning of article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.
Recipients: The persons charged with the reply within the company; Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site; Supabase, Inc., the processor hosting the register in which your message is recorded, on an instance located in the European Union, in Paris. No other recipient, no transfer of the data to anyone, no resale.
Transfer outside the Union: The register is hosted in Paris, but the two companies that host and operate it are established outside the European Union: access from a third country cannot therefore be excluded. The instrument that would frame it under chapter V of the Regulation is not established to date; a copy will be provided on written request as soon as it is.
Retention period: Your message, your address and the exchanges that follow from them are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. The host’s technical logs, which do not carry the content of your message, are kept for six months from their creation.
Your rights: You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. They are exercised at the email address given on this page.
Right to object: You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to this processing based on legitimate interest, under article 21 of the Regulation. This right is stated to you separately, as article 21(4) requires.
Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, the competent supervisory authority.
Which fields are required: Name, email address, group and need are required: without them we can neither identify you nor answer you. Position and number of properties are optional. No other information is collected by this form.
